Lenisna

Lenisna is a hybrid collagen stimulating injectable treatment composed of Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid (PDLLA) combined with Hyaluronic Acid (HA). It is designed to improve skin quality, firmness, elasticity and structural support whilst also providing subtle hydration and soft volumisation.

Unlike traditional dermal fillers that primarily replace volume, Lenisna works by stimulating the body’s own natural collagen production over time. The Hyaluronic Acid component provides immediate hydration and soft tissue support, whilst the PDLLA microspheres act as a biostimulatory scaffold that encourages long-term collagen remodelling within the skin.

Lenisna is commonly used to improve:

  • Under eye crepey skin and hollowing
  • Neck laxity and fine lines
  • Facial volume loss
  • Skin thinning and reduced elasticity
  • Overall skin texture and firmness

Due to its softer and more diffuse collagen stimulation profile, Lenisna is particularly well suited to delicate treatment areas such as the under eyes and neck where natural skin rejuvenation is desired without heavy volumisation.

The porous spherical structure of PDLLA particles allows for a more even distribution within the tissue and is associated with a lower risk of nodule formation compared to some older collagen stimulators.

Results develop gradually as collagen production increases over approximately 8–12 weeks following treatment, with improvements continuing over time. A course of 2–3 treatments may be recommended depending on individual skin quality and treatment goals.

It is important to have a consultation prior to determine if this treatment is right for you.

  • Swelling is commonly more noticeable in delicate areas such as the under eyes.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, saunas and alcohol for 24 hours post treatment.
  • Avoid applying pressure or massaging the treated area unless specifically instructed.
